1. Order Processing Time
- Custom PCs: Please allow 5-7 business days for assembly, testing, and quality checks before shipment.
- Prebuilt PCs & Accessories: Typically processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

3. Shipping Coverage
- We ship PAN India, including Tier 1, Tier 2, and remote locations.
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and link will be sent to your registered email and/or WhatsApp number. You can track the status of your delivery at any time.
5. Delays & Exceptions
- Delays may occur due to stock availability, courier issues, or natural calamities.
- We will notify you promptly of any such delays.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
- If your package is marked "Delivered" but you haven't received it, contact us within 48 hours.

7. Address Errors & Failed Deliveries
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
- We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- In case of a failed delivery, the courier will typically attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local hub.
