Refund & Replacement Policy
At Phantoms Tech, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable purchasing experience. Please read the following policy carefully regarding returns, replacements, and warranty coverage.
1. Return & Replacement Policy
Replacement will be processed only if:
- The product is DOA (Dead on Arrival).
- The product is not physically damaged or tampered with while in your possession.
- The product is returned in original condition with:
- Manufacturer’s box
- MRP tag
- User manual
- Warranty card
- All original accessories intact
- An unboxing video from the moment of delivery (with the original sealed packaging) is provided as proof of the condition.
Time Window for Replacement:
- Components only: Replacement request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- Complete PC builds: Replacement request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Beyond this period, manufacturer warranty applies, and service must be claimed directly through the authorized service center of the respective brand.
Note:
- Goods once sold will not be returned or exchanged.
- Invoices once generated cannot be modified or cancelled.
- Physical damage, mishandling, or tampering of warranty labels voids eligibility for replacement.
2. Installation Advisory
All components and PCs sold by Phantoms Tech must be installed by a technically qualified PC hardware engineer. Improper installation may void the warranty.
3. Warranty Policy
- All products are sold with a carry-in warranty unless otherwise stated.
- Warranty terms are as per the manufacturer’s policy and may include:
- Direct brand support
- Distributor warranty centers
Warranty Terms Include:
- Physical damage (burnt parts, broken pins, cracked casings, tampered seals, etc.) will void warranty.
- Warranty is against manufacturing defects only.
- Warranty will be denied if the product is found to be:
- Mishandled or improperly installed
- Damaged due to electrical surges or user error
- Customer is responsible for both-way shipping to service centers.
- For warranty service, a copy of the invoice and delivery challan must be provided.
Note: Products returned for warranty must include all original items, including packaging, manuals, and accessories. Incomplete returns will be rejected.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only in the following conditions:
- If the product is Out of Stock after purchase.
- If the return is approved after inspection.
Refund Processing:
- Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- It may take up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank or card account.
Refund Deductions:
- If a refund is requested after the order is placed, a 2.5% deduction will be applied to account for payment gateway surcharges.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- Check your bank or card account.
- Contact your bank or card provider.

5. Delivery & Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours, provided items are in stock and payment is verified.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
- Delivery timelines depend on location. A tracking ID will be provided once shipped.
Disclaimer: Phantom Tech is not responsible for delays caused by courier services. Delivery issues are subject to the courier company's terms.
6. Pricing & Product Listing Disclaimer
- Prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
- Phantom Tech is not liable for typographical errors, inaccurate product descriptions, or image discrepancies.
- In the event of incorrect pricing or listing, Phantom Tech reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
7. Physical Damage Policy
- Physical damage voids all warranties and return eligibility.
- Examples include: chipped CPUs, bent pins, burnt components, improper cooler installations, etc.
- Products returned with signs of physical abuse will be rejected and shipped back at the customer’s expense.
8. Out-of-Stock Orders
- If a product is unavailable after your order is placed, Phantom Tech reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount.
- Notification will be sent via email upon cancellation.
