Exchange Policy
At Phantoms Tech, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you need to exchange a product due to defects, compatibility issues, or incorrect delivery, we're here to help. Please read our exchange terms carefully.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
- The item delivered is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- You received the wrong product or configuration.
- The product is incomplete or missing components.
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation by the customer.
- Items returned without original packaging, box, accessories, or invoice.
- Software licenses, downloads, or opened OEM components.
- Custom-built PCs, unless there is a verified defect in hardware or configuration mismatch.
3. How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at support@phantomstech.in with:
- Order ID
- Issue description
- Photos/videos of the item (clearly showing the issue)
- Our support team will verify and guide you through the process.
- If approved, you may need to:
- Ship the product back securely to our service center.
- Or, we may arrange a pickup, depending on your location.
Note: You must return the product in its original packaging with all components intact.
4. Exchange Processing Time
- Once we receive and inspect the item, the exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- A replacement will be shipped or a store credit issued, depending on stock availability and your preference.
5. Shipping Charges for Exchange
- If the issue is due to our error (wrong/damaged item): we cover all exchange shipping costs.
- For other valid cases (e.g., compatibility issues): the customer may bear return shipping charges.
6. Important Notes
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- In case an exact replacement isn't available, we'll offer an equivalent product or store credit.
- Phantoms Tech reserves the right to approve or reject exchange claims based on inspection results.
