- COD Orders:
COD (Cash on Delivery) orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Repeated cancellations may result in the restriction of COD option for future purchases.
- Cancellation Charges:
For prepaid orders, a 2.5% deduction will be applied to the refund to cover payment gateway and processing charges.
- Cancellation Window:
We recommend contacting us within 2 hours of placing the order for smooth cancellation.
2. Order Cancellation by Phantoms Tech
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- The product is out of stock or discontinued.
- Incorrect pricing or technical errors on the website.
- Issues related to payment verification or incomplete order information.
- Orders flagged as suspicious or high-risk by our fraud detection system.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method and the customer will be notified via email.
3. Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days once a cancellation is confirmed.
- Depending on the payment method, it may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your bank or credit card statement.
